Loads of nearby restaurants and bars but surprisingly quiet. Francisco on reception gave us a free upgrade to a room overlooking the Plaza. The hotel doesn't have parking which means that luggage has to be hauled to the nearest car park involving a flight of steps. However this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the hotel and the city which has some fantastic historic buildings and monuments.Guest review byRichardYoung couple

The location is excellent. All staff are extremely helpful, and reception staff particularly so. The breakfast buffet offers a selection that exceeds all other hotels ~I have visited in many years. Easily accessible from the motorway but also walking distance from the city centre (20 minutes or so). Payable underground parking or plenty of free parking around the outside of the hotel. The pool area is great and perfect after a day out exploring.
