The landlord is very easy going, responsive and doesn't hesitate to answer questions etc. The house is simple but located in a very beautiful small village near to Cunit. It feels very safe, it offers private parking, although the drive up to the house is very steep and didn't work well with our Porsche. But again, we did feel safe in the neighborhood, so we just parked outside the property. Nearby you have supermarket etc. but you would need to come with car... it would take you 45min to walk to the next one. The rooms and kitchen are simple but what can you say with this price? It's overall a really good value for money location!

A nice apartment with 1 living room and 3 bedrooms, kitchen equipped with everything needed, a large balcony with a great sea view, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool right near the house. The beach is right behind the road adjacent to the house. Several shops, including ice cream shops, the local railway station are within walking distance. The host waited for us, though we arrived late in the night, much later than initially planned, helped us to settle in, brought an additional foldable bed we asked for. Overall, we spent a great holiday, also visited Barcelona on several days, and it was much more affordable than it would be to stay in Barcelona directly.

The room was so spacious, more of a mini apartment really. Very well planned and you could quite imagine being very comfortable there for a holiday rather than the overnight stay that we did. The bed was enormous and really comfortable. The lady who checked us in was really friendly. There’s a super coffee bar downstairs if you want breakfast in the morning.

The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. The plunge pool was perfect for our two younger children as it was always a lovely temperature. Perhaps a little small for the rest of us but perfect for a quick cool off. The hosts were delightful and went out of their way to help us.

    Best value for money. Great location. 10 minutes walk from Aldi and other shops, 10 minutes walk from beach. Perfect facilities, very clean, comfortable apartments. A lot of plates, pans, pots, cups, glasses, etc. Nice terrace, comfortable parking, clean and comfortable swimming pool, usable till 21-00.
