The welcoming atmosphere and the facilities made our stay perfect. The hotel is close to the motorway, which is great if you are moving around the area with your car, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to San Sebastian. It was really quiet, so we could rest and disconnect. Location is pet friendly and at a walking distance to Alcampo/shopping area. Lunch was amazing, the portions are rathar generous and the staff very nice. We enjoyed chatting with the owner of the place, he is very approachable and friendly. We traveled with an electric vehicle, but this wasn't an issue as they have chargers available. Everything was great, so we are looking forward to come back for another vacation.

The staff were superb and gave us a room upgrade and free spa access due to our anniversary. They gave us helpful tourism tips and restaurant recommendations. Thanks to the spa session we were able to fully relax. The room had everything we needed (and beyond) and was quite spacious. Everything was extremely clean and the interior design was classic and elegant. The electric window roller shutters were a plus to be able to achieve a proper blackout in the room.

What a beautiful place - deep in the countryside and yet only a 15 minute drive from the sea and the restaurants and the walled city of Hondarribia. Monica is an amazing host and switches seamlessly between languages. We were made to feel very welcome.
