Children's playground and a pool right outside the living room window. Available parking, but only for normal sized cars with no roof storage. Street parking not difficult either and seemed safe. The condominium has security who are vigilant at night. A guard came out and helped when I had difficulty figuring how to open the outer door. Great interior design. The apartment was very clean and its location is in the centre of town, so everything is walking distance. There is a secure underground parking space with the price which was very convenient.
