The house is perfect for families and groups of 4-7. Everything you could need is in walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc). The communication with the owner and the company that manages the house was super easy and accommodating.

    Good air conditioning in one bedroom, but completely absent in the other? The other room was oppressively hot. We had a two-bedroom apartment on the upper floor with a view of the parking lot.

    We arrived late, and thankfully, the keys were already in the door. We received a short video guide on how to reach the apartment, which was very helpful given that it was dark and we had been traveling for a long time. The pool was lovely, and despite our bedroom facing this area, it was very quiet. The available laundry service was very convenient. The complex is extremely family-friendly, and you can park your car safely in the parking lot (though there is a fee). It's just a few minutes' walk to either of the beaches.

    The room is exceptionally clean and well-equipped and has a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was above average and high quality. The hotel provides paid parking or you can easily find a parking spot in a free parking place 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

    Room was fully equipped with everything you could need -- dishwasher, microwave, toaster, clothes rack, heater/aircon, etc. Laundry available within the complex too. Secure parking. In easy access to the two wonderful little beaches just minutes away. And Porto Cristo old town is just a 10 min drive away. Location was perfect as a base for exploring the north-east of Mallorca. And our host, Miguel, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed it.
