Good compact sauna. A locker for the skis in the basement, which is also a large underground car parking with chargers, So you can literaly park the car in the warm basement and take the lift to your apartment. Sufficient free parking spots with roads cleared off snow daily. Good location near enough to town centre for restaurants, 7min walk (but 7min can be a terribly long walk if temp is -20C). If you're lugging ski equipment daily, this might not be the best location. There is an excellent authentic Thai restaurant in the building and it was the cheapest restaurant in Levi (15euro for mains).
