Its useful for driving south, if you want pass Paris in the late evening. The morning after you can avoid the traffic in Paris and get straight out on the motorway. The staff are friendly, the reception is open 24/7, The rooms are fresh, clean and functional. Its easy to reach from the motorway. The price is good and the parking is free, enclosed and safe. The hotel is located close to the motorway and the front desk is open 24/7. The room was quiet, even if close to the motorway, so the sound proofing is good. It is a budget hotel and the price/quality is very high. I would stay here again if i do a similar trip in the future.
