The staff were very friendly. The hotel was fairly modern and well kept. The bedroom was, surprisingly, large for a single booking. The restaurant had plenty of choices to eat, and the prices were fairly reasonable. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and well laid out.

Really nice apartment, very close to the centre. We walked with 2 little kids without problems. Parking was very convenient. Communication with Caroline was easy and checking process was easy, although we did miss the entrance the first time and had to go around with the car until we found it. We were staying a bit longer in Rouen and were allowed to leave the car for a bit longer which was very kind of Caroline. Thank you!

    Set in a quiet area outside of the town. New hotel, very modern interior. We only had the double queen room, but it was perfect for our 1 night stay, clean and comfortable. We didn't use the bar or restaurant, but it looked really nice, great outside space. There is plenty of free parking.

    Very clean and dog friendly (6 euro charge) with free parking and Restaurant on site, which is dog friendly. Good shower and very comfy bed. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle in room. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. We stayed on a Sunday night, so price was very reasonable for a four star hotel.

    Excellent for travelling with our dog. Secure parking. No ground floor rooms but they will accommodate you in a room on 1st floor by the stairs & lift. Great stopover in way to Spain & fantastic breakfast!

    We had an excellent one night stay here. It was a perfect stopover for us and our dog. The staff on reception and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome. The room was comfortable and modern and the spa was excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It was great to have lots of off-street parking in the hotel’s car park, and it’s on the edge of the city so it’s very quiet. We will 100% stay here again when we need a stopover. Thank you so much.
