Very convenient stop over the night before catching the eurotunnel. Free street parking and we had no issues getting a space nearby. The apartment itself was done to a very high standard and we really enjoyed our stay. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer which was great for us! Would definitely stay again ☺️

Good location and really well appointed. Owners were really friendly and provided a lovely breakfast in the morning. Sauna and spa well worth it. Very clean. Decorated with real character touches. Pleasure staying here. Comfortable bed as well.

The hostess was extremely attentive and served us a wonderful breakfast. We were able to arrive at a later time without any problems. The room is very warm and cozy. I felt like I was living in a typical French house for a day: the house is beautifully decorated, classic and tasteful. The location is close to the ferry boat, which makes it a strategic spot for those going to Dover. The shower had good water flow, heated up very well and the bathroom was large and very comfortable, with everything available. Cleanliness was good also. Main attraction is certainly the cats. If you like cats, you MUST stay here (really! i've met here some of the most beautiful cats i've ever seen). On the other hand, If you're the kind of person who gets annoyed by what's normal for an environment with cats (in other words, if you're a pain in the ass, fussy moron), it's best not to bother them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Les Secrets des loges and I can’t express enough how warm and cozy my experience was. Our stay in Calais was completely unexpected. We had a last-minute change in plans and ended up booking with Mathilde - and we’re so glad we did! Mathilde was warm and welcoming from the start - and she loves pets which was a plus. Even when we realized we had forgotten to include an extra guest in our booking, she handled it with kindness and understanding. 😊 The apartment itself was beautiful. The location was quiet yet convenient, perfect for a short stay. We truly appreciated Mathilde’s hospitality and generosity. TheBreak is a gem, and we would gladly stay again! Merci Mathilde 😁

    I liked the improvement to the car park (now secure parking). Communication with the hotel staff was also good. We have always used this hotel because of its location. There is a reason to grow to for a full 10 points, but we already know what to expect.

    The lady on reception was exceptional, perfect for the job. Very busy but still had time to explain everything, including how to get into the underground car park from the exit round the corner.
