They keys are really easy to find. Just outside the building door in a key box. The host even left some laundry pods to do laundry. You can reach city square by foot in like 8minutes. There are shops like Aldi 5minutes away by food. And different restaurants or bakeries near by,

While from the exterior La Maison du Jardin might look uninviting, the interior has been completely refurbished and is a pleasure to enjoy. It is very quiet, you are not overlooked from the main house and the parking is secure, just a few metres across the garden. The bathroom has an excellent walk-in shower and it has plenty of heating. The location is very handy. You can walk into town in 25 minutes, take a free bus or drive in just a few minutes. Almost next door is a Brasserie and a bakery. Our hosts, Guillaume and Julie, are friendly and responsive.

Large house with lots of space. Very nicely decorated and accessorised. Host very helpful and left lots of supplies which was much appreciated. Good wifi, strong shower, comfortable beds. Surprisingly quiet location at night. Free street parking right outside. We always managed to find a space. Good location, 10 minute walk to centre of Douai.

    Quite spacious and fully furnished apartment with all the essential equipment and amenities you need. Check-in was very easy, just pick up the keys from the wall lock. The provided internet is also really good. By accident I left some stuff in the apartment when I was leaving and the owner called me back to pick it up whenever possible. Street parking, but had no issues finding a space for car every day. No complaints from me.
