He does not speak much English but is was no problem at all as he used google translate on his phone is very good way. There is free parking in the street outside the building and if there is not room a large free parking lot is nearby. The studio is clean and comfortable, with a little kitchenette and a wonderful large bathroom. It has a free parking lot just outside. we collected the keys since the reception was closed but the process was easy and without problems.
