The thoughtful and caring attitude of François, the owner. He offered us bikes with maps, made us a beautiful breakfast each morning, an apéritif in the evening, a Cruise down the canal in the evening and à free massage. Such treatment! The room was very comfortable and clean with all conveniences, set in a lovely garden with swimming pool.

Marans is an excellent location for us as it exactly halfway between our house in the Dordogne and St Malo ferry port. We love both these apartments, they're very well-designed for use by two people and the garden court yard is a bonus.

Nice little village location. Very pleasant hosts. Very helpful. Fairly well equipped kitchenette. Nice bathroom. Modern and airy apartment. Access to garden. Village has a boulangerie, a shop, a pizza takeaway (very nice) and a coffee shop(not open at weekends!).

Everything was excellent! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely terrace outside. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough each morning. Matilde, the host, was absolutely wonderful —very kind, helpful, and easy to approach. Highly recommended!
