The neighborhood and room were very quiet and the window shades blocked light well so we slept great. We asked for a fan and gluten free bread and the owner kindly provided them. We got great recommendations from the owner over a breakfast of GF toast and yogurt in the morning. They have a wonderful cat and friendly dog. It's located just a block away from the ocean.
