    The bed was so comfortable, needed extra pillows because of leg injury and they were deliveryed promptly. Bar was good, reception staff were working the bar but managed ok. Staff really friendly and helpful. The location is incredible to the town centre. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. Also there is a car park but staff helpfully directed us to free parking at the weekend, which is really nice we thought.

    The excellent location, a beautiful building in a quiet location , in a narrow traffic free street .Superbly decorated and appointed apartment.Welcome cakes ,teabags, coffee pods. Warm and cosy. Good communication with the host to gain access . Underground parking around the corner in Hotel de Ville Car park .

    Good kyriad hotel, large lounge at basement, warm welcome at reception, large room with all necessary equipment (electric kettle, coffee / tea, safe), well renovated, large and good quality bathroom. Underground car park in the hotel (extra charge 10€-, but possibility to park on a free parking lot just in front of the hotel. Located 7/8 minutes walk from the city center, on a large avenue. It felt safe even walking back on foot late at night.

    Great to have secure parking close to the city centre - 15mins walk max into medieval Troyes. Very clean room with good amenities : kettle, tea, coffee sachets. Very comfortable beds and decent memory foam pillows. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. You need to get the room card from reception to scan in order to open the gate of the car park. To get out, you don’t. Just press the ‘sortie’ button on the right of the gate.

    Nicw buffet breakfast with the bonus of gluten free bread being available .Staff were exceptioal particularly Meava on reception who went out of work way to make our stay enjoyable. The Hotel is conveniently situated so as attractions to visit are without easy walking distance. It also has an underground parking garage which makes for secure parking.

    Breakfast great. Staff very helpful. Found us free parking as roof-box took us over 1.9 m car park height limit. And offered secure storage for bikes. All round super stay in junior suite, accommodating two adults and two children in comfort. Troyes town centre is great to walk around. Hotel is easy walk to medieval city centre.
