Hotel is very nice, high up in the mountains, close to the ski slopes (if you go in the winter, that is a big plus). Hosts were very friendly and helpful! They managed to change our rooms to better fit our needs (we were 6 guys, needed separate beds, they made that happen). I recommend you also have dinner in the hotel's restaurant! Food is very good and plentiful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Hotel du Bourg in Valmorel over Christmas and New Year’s was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, making us feel right at home. Their warmth and attention to detail really made a lasting impression. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the ski lifts and close to the charming town of Valmorel. After a day on the slopes, the cozy pub was the perfect place to unwind, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Hotel du Bourg offers excellent service, a great location, and a warm atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable skiing holiday in Valmorel.

We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the friendly owners, who were always ready to help and offer advice! The room was clean, warm, and had a great view of the mountains. We enjoyed our stay really much. It was convenient to have a tea kettle for heating water and a microwave (in the lounge zone) 🥰.

Chalet Helnes exceeded our expectations. Great location for summer and winter. Presented immaculately and exceptionally clean with all the modern facilities that anyone could require. Everything was beyond our expectations from the beginning to the end. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We celebrated Christmas and the birthday of our son and we struggled to find a cake, but Jean made sure to call the patisseries around from 6:00am to find one for us. After the dinner, the kitchen staff made sure the surprise was presented very well. The food every day was amazing and presented like in the 5stars restaurants. The location of the hotel provides the most spectacular views. It’s close to the slopes and tele-cabins, there’s also a free ski bus to take further up. The lounge is cosy with the fireplace. This place definitely stole our hearts and it’s we are already planning to visit in summer months too.

    We had a fun evening at this hotel en route to our ski destination. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the family vibe at the place was lovely. Our breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean and neat with a fantastic shower. There is great parking and you are in the heart of a little village which makes it quite special.
