The proprietors were extremely helpful and nice after I rang from Culoz station reporting my late arrival due to a problem with my bike, driving me to the house. It was a real treat! On the following day the landlady, Genevieve, was kind enough to take me to Chanaz to find a bike repair shop.

The location was absolutely stunning with Lac Bourget, the mountains and the vineyards in view! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The place was well equipped, with excellent WiFi and good local information provided. Lisa, the owner, couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we’ll certainly be back and will definitely recommend the place!

Janick and Christel welcomed us into their beautiful home for four days. Set in gorgeous French countryside, our hosts provided our lovely bedroom with ample storage and bathroom attached. They welcomed us with drinks and we had two delicious homemade meals outside, enjoying the views and French conversation with other guests. Breakfast included fresh eggs and honey all produced by our kind hosts.Their home is well placed for access to the delights of Lac Bourget, Aix-les-Bains and other villages & beaches.
