    Very quiet location with easy parking. Well equipped property, nicely furnished. Full set of knives, forks etc which in our experience of staying in holiday lets, is very rare, usually get 4 of each. Clean and well presented. Ice cream in the freezer and a few coffee pods for the machine. Tea bags and coffee also provided. It was lovely to sleep undisturbed by other people and traffic noise. Only about 7 miles from the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway station at Hythe.
