It really is out yonder but there is plenty of car parking out front. Everyone staying there was friendly and the staff although they appeared quite busy were also friendly. Room we had was comfortable and beautifully presented. Breakfast was lovely and the situation was perfect for walking / driving the short distance into Ballater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free car parking was not provided by the Auld Kirk, but there is free parking right outside on the road which was good.
