This property was absolutely beautiful. We stayed for 4 nights, managed to check in at 1pm.. the whole house was spotless. The garden is equally beautiful and we had fun as a family playing croquet (though not the real way), table tennis and throwing balls in the hoop. We will definitely book this property again.

The breakfast was amazing. Christine ensured we had all we needed for preparing our own breakfast meal. Christine also catered to our dietary needs as I am lactose intolerant. She ensured substitute milk was available and the cake she baked was dairy free as well. The decor in the flat is very beautiful and a lot of work has gone into it. The place gives a comfy and relaxed vibe the moment you enter the rooms. The windows give enough natural light, especially in the morning when the weather is nice and sunny. The bed was very comfortable for a sofa bed. I am 6months pregnant and did not have trouble sleeping on the sofa bed. The beddings were clean and smelled of freshness. The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided in the bathroom. Christine is environment conscious therefore she does not provide disposable bottles for shampoo and shower gel, which we appreciated. Recycle bins are also provided to ensure rubbish goes into the right bins. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I highly recommend Westend as a place to stay when on the Isle of Wight. The place is very close to the ferry and a walking distance of the seaside.

- Location: Beautiful, clean, and well maintained venue RIGHT on the beach! Porch with comfortable chairs and tables overlooking the ocean provides a perfect hang-out area for reading or just relaxing. Hop-on/hop-off bus stop right in front. A couple of restaurants within walking distance - Hospitality: Helen and Dave were AWESOME. Could not do enough! Very kind and helpful. FONTs of local information and knowledge. Also, just nice people... - Room #2: VERY comfortable, nicely decorated with lots of "amenities" including tea/coffee set up, fridge, TV, etc. Shower with lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. PLUS fabulous views. Slept with the window slightly open to catch the marvelous ocean breeze all night. PEREFECT. - Breakfast: Full classic English Breakfast available with all the fixin's BUT leverage "order sheet" to customize breakfast options. So many options! All cooked to order and served steaming hot. Plus the breakfast room was just lovely with a fabulous view of the ocean and lots of natural light.

Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The accommodation was spotless and superbly appointed, we had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. The breakfast was first class. Despite the house being close to the centre of town and our room overlooking the road, it was very quiet.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic and they looked after my husband who has coeliac disease very well. The breakfast had gluten free offerings and was hearty and set you up for the day. The restaurant and bar areas were very nice and there was a large car park that felt safe.

    Very good communication with the owner Crystal, good price, all aspects of the caravan was lovely, clean and comfortable. Parking space at caravan which is ideal a veranda which is gated to keep your fur babies safe, lovely and quiet would highly recommend booking

    I wasn't expecting much for such cheap accommodation We booked 4 nights in Chalet upon check-in the staff was lovely really helpful. We drove to the Chalet with parking outside, The Chalet beds was really comfortable it was clean also came with a little welcome gift pack washing up liquid sponge etc. Location was brilliant Staff excellent Accommodation excellent
