A large spacious house that is very clean & had everything we needed. Excellent hosts with fantastic communication; thorough instructions to allow for easy check in and out, and nothing was too much for them. Very accommodating (providing fans last minute), everyday essentials and treats on arrival. Parking on the driveway for 2 cars. The garden is amazing… very big, well kept, plenty of seating and the Summer house is an added bonus - lovely space to relax & watch tv. On a separate note, the Dora City Chinese takeaway is well worth ordering from!

We went for the Black Sabbath concert in Birmingham, the location was very appropriate to come and go, nice and calm surroundings. The house was very comfortable for all of us, I wish we had stayed longer. Host was nice and responsive, we had a very good time.

Everything about our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The toilet and bathroom were modern, sparkling clean, and equipped with high-quality toiletries and soft towels — a real touch of luxury. One of the highlights was the garden — peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. It added a beautiful natural element to the stay that we really appreciated. We also loved the thoughtful accessories provided — from the kitchen essentials to little extras like tea, coffee, and even some local treats.
