I loved everything! First of all, they called me beforehand to check if I really wanted the cot in the room since we booked the ‘smallest room’. I thought that was very considerate and still went for the cot because our daughter sleeps better in it. Turned out: the ‘smallest’ room wasn’t that small in my opinion so I was pleasantly surprised! When checking in, they walked with us to the room and helped carry the stuff, great service! The towels are super big and fluffiest I’ve ever had in a hotel. There’s also AC in the room. And I had the a really good sleep. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was also nice. Parking available in front of the hotel for free!

This is one of the very few establishments I would go back to without hesitation. It felt like home from home. Our host Jane was very welcoming and hospitable. Compared to the average B&B the room was huge with all the facilities you could possibly want including a grand piano.

Joe is a wonderful host; he knows everything about the city and helped us arrange taxis and figure out great places to eat. The room is comfortable and the house has everything you need while on vacation. Joe is easy-going and helpful without being overbearing or nosy. Everything! The ladies who work here were extremely nice. All of the staff members actually. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. The park near and the playground for kids were so big and really nice. I love it. I love everything actually. P.S We saw a squirrel 🥰

We were eating at a restaurant in Ocean Village and wanted to stay close by and with a space for parking our car. Location was perfect, a few minutes walk. The apartment was gorgeous. Very spacious, decorated with a modern and classy taste. The freshly laundered towels smelt amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

    The owner Jean was really friendly and welcoming. I was given a super choice of buffet breakfast, my room was comfortable with all the facilities I needed for my 4 day stay as a solo traveller. There is a beautiful garden, parking and outside tables to sit out. Lovely...all being a short walk to Botley. Many thanks.

    An easy check-in and a friendly welcome from the hostess. The setting was very rural, despite being close to the amenities of Botley, with some good choices of eating places. The room was comfortable, and it was great to have parking very close to the room. The cost of the accommodation was very reasonable, and it was good to have a buffet breakfast included. I would definitely stay here again.

    Although there was no cooker, we had every gadget we needed and more. We loved the surroundings, wooded area, little seating area, parking etc.. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated that Jean kindly left us some breakfast bits, including milk, yoghurt butter, juice, and bread.

    This was an ideal location for us being just a mile away from family we were visiting. The lady owner was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offered everything you could possibly wish for and the room and ensuite were spotless and comfortable. An especially nice touch was the cafetiere on the hospitality tray with lovely coffee. We definitely intend to book here again. Good parking too.

    Very good location for visiting the Ageas Bowl a short drive or good walk away but parking on site so fine - Botley is a lovely little village. Very friendly and helpful owner with a good selection for breakfast (cold buffet). Everything is a little small and cramped but it's very good value and we would definitely stay there again when attending an event at the Ageas Bowl.
