    We stayed one night with our dogs. Our room was on the ground floor and opened directly onto the car parking which was convenient for the dogs. The room itself had been recently refurbished and was clean, quiet & well euipped with very comfortbale beds. Breakfast was excellent and food in the evening looked good (we had eaten earlier). The evening we stayed the but wasnt too busy but it was freindly. Would definitely stay again.

    The property is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the Town centre, The property is private, quite and gated giving secure parking. A remote control key fob for the gates is present on arrival giving very easy access at anytime during your stay. You are given a very warm welcome by the hosts on arrival and the free Gin and Tonic was perfect, in helping us relax after a long journey :) We will defiantly be returning.

    Literally everything! The rooms are simply amazing. The owner gave us a tour of the rooms as each one has a different theme. Her ideas are just simply amazing. The owner was so friendly the breakfast was amazing as well. There is free parking a very short walk away. It has a coffee shop. Right in the centre of town as well. I will 100% stay again.

    Breakfast is amazing. Fantastic coffee. Beautiful old listed building with gorgeous & eclectic interior design throughout. Free parking easy to find behind the hotel and wifi works well. Everyone that works there is really helpful and friendly. Really good value. Perfect location in Bourne right on the high street. Each room is unique so you never know what you're going to get!

    The family room was well appointed with a double and single bed, tea/coffee and a nice size bath/shower. The full English breakfast was exceptional, served with a pot of tea. Cereals and juices were also available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking in the adjacent public car park was a great bonus.
