The grounds are well kept with loungers if you want to rest outside and the hotel is only a 5 min walk from the beach. Both were huge with lovely high ceilings and plenty of light. One room had a large balcony which had a stunning view along the coast towards Sandbanks. The location of the hotel for the town and the beach is just a few minutes walk to either.
