Absolutely spotlessly clean, better than many hotels we have stayed in and it also had a lovely smell, I meant to ask what it was! Free parking which is always a bonus. The breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh so always piping hot. We only met Angeline, she was lovely and even offered to give me the recipe for her homemade blueberry pancakes which were delicious!
