These are one of those hotels who keep courtesy and service as number 1 wich we have lost in most hotels these days and believe me It did feel welcoming, it was clean everywhere smelling fresh the gentleman at the reception when checked in upgraded one of our rooms to an executive room. The style of the hotel reception and path ways had a touch of the 80s wich I obviously liked. The next morning I took my little one for a swim what he really enjoyed later mr Adam at reception did a great gesture by offering us breakfast without any charge, even tough I wanted to pay for it. Greatly trained staff know how to deal with guests properly and make them feel welcome definitely will book future stays in this place.

Very convenient location for diving at Stoney Cove. Free secure parking on site. Large clean room, dressing table, two easy chairs, drop-leaf dining table, kettle mugs and glasses, extra heater, en-suite bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space. Food preparation area with microwave, toaster, and fridge, plates and cutlery, and some breakfast food. Bring your own bread for toast and whatever you like to cook. There are plenty of pubs nearby serving food, driving distance a few minutes. Host very welcoming and helpful. Great B&B for those who like to get on with their activities at their own pace. Easy access from main routes, on to quiet country road. Second occasion stayed here.

    Room was clean and well presented. Simple and well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. (Too comfortable. We overslept a little.) Room was well maintained. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with parking. Breakfast was good and set us up for the next day. Tea making facilities in the room were appreciated. Television was modern and functioned well. A basic requirement, but you'd be surprised how many times it's not there. WiFi worked well. Lighting in the room was good. Two "touch" bedside lamps were very useful.

    very nice chalet type accomadation with car parking outside the chalet door. great value for money food which we took advantage of. staff were amazing very helpful .
