The house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. There were two families staying with ample parking for both cars. The house was cosy and modern with lovely decor. A bargain price too for our little birthday weekend retreat. Great little cafe/bar opposite that served the best breakfast and close to the beach, Eden project, St Austell and the beautiful Charlestown. Would recommend this property highly.
