Brilliant location! Easy to get to and ample parking too. We were lucky our room was one with a private exit straight to the car park so we did not have to walk through the pub / restaurant to get in and out. The room was cosy with a nice bathroom and a small fridge too. The full English breakfast was excellent and I cannot recommend booking into the restaurant enough! The restaurant is very busy and popular so book in advance.

Fantastic property. Beautiful views from every window. Awesome garden, looking onto field with lots of wildlife to spot, pheasant, rabbits, birds etc Property is well equipped with everything you need. Excellent location for walking.

The bungalow was very inviting and comfortable. Incredibly clean throughout and the hosts had provided plenty of added extras which was a real pleasant surprise. Lovely area and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful, modern interior. Lovely site with Lakes around. Comfy bed and very clean all round. Weather was lovely when we stayed so made use of the outdoor space. Plenty of room for 4 to stay. Kitchen was kitted out perfectly with a full size fridge/freezer. Would have been more than happy to stay for a week and will definitely be back. Heating system was fab and warmed up nicely in the evening. Plenty wardrobe space, even a hairdryer, iron & board, floor steamer and hoover on hand. Cleaning supplies and basic supplies if you were to take a dog readily available. Spacious lodge with lots of windows to take advantage of natural light. Area was quiet when we stayed, during both day and night.

    The staff were exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant areas were modern and well maintained. The bedrooms were about average size for this type of property but the rooms were exceptionally clean, the bedlinen and pillows were very comfortable. Gluten free food was available at breakfast and in the restaurant and, again not trouble to provide and prepare. Plenty of car parking.

    Friendly staff, clean, uncluttered apartment with everything needed for a short stay for two. Free parking outside the door.
