    Good old pub but with nicely modern, comfortable bedrooms and a very attractive garden to the front. Its in a beautiful spot and with a walk up to Kinder Scout just outside the car park. Food is good too and if you like lamb chops simply grilled, this is the pace to go.

    The Hotel is well located for my next day work appointment. Free on site car parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good food in the evening . Comfortable room with free in room wifi. Breakfast from 07.30am.

    Great location, super helpful and attentive staff, high standard of finish on properties, easy parking, and great way-finding kit to navigate the hills. The Old Hall is a stunning building, and the Paper Mill does a really good pint of Guinness.

    Very helpful staff even though it was very busy. Our waiter Will was exceptionally attentive. Great food and a choice of gluten free beers on tap. Bedroom clean and comfortable, luxurious deep bathtub, ample parking outside.
