Cliffside was perfect. Great location, just an easy 10 minutes walk into the heart of Cowes. Dan was an excellent host, going out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The bedroom was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and views to the cottage garden and the Solent.

The views are amazing! The breakfast were super good and delicius! They bring it to the bedroom and you can choose in between manny options! The room is very clean and the bedroom very comfortable and they have absolutely everything you can need, also a phone charger that you can take it and pay it next day They are very welcome and thruswhorthy, they charged us when we did the check out They have a living room for the guests and another room with drinks etc Lot of space to play board games or spend time. Extremely recomended!!! And its allso very close to the center, 5 min walking.

The location was verry good , all our stay was excellent, the property was verry nice, tidy ,clean white bedding and towels, nice terrace ,was verry close to the forest , you could hear a lot of birds . Also we saw some wild animals like badgers, and red squirrels, my children enjoyed it. We highly recommend it. Definitely going again there. Also had complementary wine, milk ,coke cans, coffee, teas, sweets for the kids .

    Dan is very helpful and obliging and has a fabulous property. The room is large with everything you would expect. The property is very close to the beach, and I mean very. It's just a few doors up and has off street parking in his car port so no seagull poop to worry about! Dan even let us borrow his canoe for its maiden voyage and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would have stayed longer if time permitted and will definitely check out his availability if we're ever back on the IoW.

    The house was lovely and spacious. Ample back garden space and gated off street parking. Quiet neighbourhood and spotted a few red squirrels which was a bonus. Bus stop located few minutes up the road and short walk into town.

    Great if crossing with The Red Fennel ferry, only 20 minutes drive from East Cowes harbour and convenient free parking on the front on the hotel. A 24hrs reception (best to arrive before 11pm nevertheless) therefore allows guests to take cheaper and less busy later evening crossings. Reasonably sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms , nicer if seaview is not just partial. Lovely served breakfast in the front restaurant and quite knowledgeable reception staff with local information. The staff very friendly and helpful.

    All aspects outstanding - the history and furnishings were fabulous, the rooms and views over The Solent superb, the welcome warm and hospitable, breakfast choices and quality excellent. There is easy car parking, 1gbt wifi, an honesty bar and terrace for summer morning breakfasts. Maggie did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, including offering to dry wet clothes and golf gear for our group of seven - can't thank her highly enough.

    The property was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and in an absolutely perfect location with a large car parking space. Add to this the small courtyard area with a BBQ (too cold for us to use but a useful area for our small dog to roam as it was well fenced in).. What more could you want?
