    Matthew was extremely warm and welcoming and always had a smile! The breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice and always cooked fresh. The location was stunning, we had a sea view and were across the road from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the pier and central Eastbourne. There was plenty of free parking nearby including some parking spaces behind the b and b. The room was spacious with a cute window seat. Very clean and spotless room and en suite.

    The location on the seafront is great. The £2 parking vouchers provided (and you WILL get on-street parking nearby are great value) The owners are a lovely, friendly and professional couple. Ice machine and communal fridge was great. Breakfast was lovely.
