The host David was a lovely person who took great care of us at serving breakfast and answering to inquiries. The B&B was absolutely adorable with its attention to details from the Christmas decorations, to the sweets on your bedside table to the earplugs and sewing thread in the drawer.     Matthew was extremely warm and welcoming and always had a smile! The breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice and always cooked fresh. The location was stunning, we had a sea view and were across the road from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the pier and central Eastbourne. There was plenty of free parking nearby including some parking spaces behind the b and b. The room was spacious with a cute window seat. Very clean and spotless room and en suite.
