This is an exceptional guest house and better than all other places we stayed at a comparable price point. family room had a separated space for the children to sleep. It’s right next to the town centre and a couple of super markets at which to stock up. Great shower and nicely decorated room.

Very quick, straight, and nice communication upfront the stay. By accident we arrived quite early and met the host: she was very friendly and took us "upstairs" to the appartement, although we knew how to access it. Appartment is very open spaced, well equipped (3 bedrooms: 1 Twin, 1 Double, 1 Single, Bathroom, separate Toilet, Kitchen, huge living room with Dining area). It is quite central in Elgin, parking was no problem at any time around the house, Supermarket next door... A little bit noise, but this is normal so close to the street. The appartment was extremely clean (like never used before!), and the interieur was lovely arranged. Thanks a lot for a great stay!

    Everything was excellent from the time we arrived to the time we left. Breakfast was beautiful ( but no tatty scons) Everyone was so helpful nothing was any trouble. I smoke and they even catered for that. All though it was outside it was comfortable and is sheltered. There is also free parking. We will definitely be going back.

    The car parking on site was great. The location was 10 minutes from the town centre which is perfect for whatever you want to do. The breakfast was exactly what we wanted and what you needed first thing in the morning.
