When I arrived and was met by the owner he explained how things worked at the B&B, as he was there himself, and showed me to my room which was on the ground floor and had a walk in toilet shower room which was excellent for me and had everything I required for my stay. Breakfast in the morning was was delicious and set me up for the day ahead. I chatted away with the owner at breakfast and he was very friendly and I would recommend this property as its right in the centre of Elgin minutes from the shopping centre.

Elgin Guest House was perfectly located, next to Stagecoach Elgin Bus Station and 15 min by walk from the railway. You can easily go to the centre by feet. John was very helpful and the communication very easy. We had coffee, chocolate, tea and biscuits. The room was confortable.

A beautiful older hotel in a quiet location, though very close to central Elgin. We loved the decor - it’s a genuine manor house with lovely period furnishings. The lounge is very beautiful, yet unpretentious. We were sorry we had only 1 night there, and would stay here again. All the staff were welcoming and helpful.     Everything was excellent from the time we arrived to the time we left. Breakfast was beautiful ( but no tatty scons) Everyone was so helpful nothing was any trouble. I smoke and they even catered for that. All though it was outside it was comfortable and is sheltered. There is also free parking. We will definitely be going back.

    The car parking on site was great. The location was 10 minutes from the town centre which is perfect for whatever you want to do. The breakfast was exactly what we wanted and what you needed first thing in the morning.

    Staff were lovely and friendly. Couldn't have been better. Great food, generous breakfasts. Very clean all round the whole hotel. Very well organised, no problems. Lots of free parking. We didn't use them but noticed two electric car charging points in car park.
