The staff were so friendly upon arrival. Ample of free parking. So picturesque, especially when eating in the restaurant. Restaurant was not expensive and very tasty. Room service was a lovely touch after a long day shopping. Lifts were very quick and responsive. The rooms were so spacious and well thought out.
