We booked a last-minute room and it was huge, very clean and had fantastic views out towards the lake. When a light didn't work, they fixed it immediately with courteous attention. Great with our dog. We could have meals in the bar area with our dog. There is a National Trust level, stone path along the River to the lake with beautiful views. There is a separate car park or National Trust car park.
