Nothing spared! Generous on every level; from kitchen/dining room and bathroom essentials to a big basket of wood and tinder for the fire. Every room felt like a home from home from sumptuous beds, throws and soft cushions to soft lighting - everything from morning, noon and night had been considered and catered for. Welcoming, cosy and perfectly placed to explore Framlingham and beyond. Just wish we could have moved in!

It was a nice warm welcome from the host. I was shown to my room and all facilities and local amenities were explained to me. Then I was allowed my privacy and allowed to come and go as i pleased.

Beautiful, tranquil location. Clean shepherds hut, lovely wild flower sections, pigs, chickens and a horse to see and a 'honesty box' shop with useful bits and bobs. Couldn't have had a nicer stay.

The property was well signposted and easy to find. Check in was straightforward and the accommodation was equipped with all amenities for a comfortable and very pleasant one night stay. Great location to visit the local area . Hosts were very helpful and were happy to share information on facilities and amenities in the surrounding area.

    It was a neat and tidy house, close to an interesting town, within easy walking distance. There was parking virtually at the door, and all amenities were there, and very clean.

    We were able to park several hours before check in, and actually to access the room to manage a quick change into wedding gear so despite no guarantees, the hosts were great about accommodating our requests. There was easy parking space. The breakfast was lovely: fruit salad, full English, good coffee and space. The Little Maids room was charming - old slanting floors and beams, a bath under the eaves and a comfortable if firm bed.

    The house is lovely, exceptionally clean and tidy. Comprising two good sized double bedrooms, a large lounge, large dining room, a good sized kitchen with washing everything you need to self cater and a shower room too. Theres ample parking for a few cars if needed and the house is a short walk into town. Really liked the place and had the weather been better would have spent some time relaxing in the garden.

    Cosy and welcoming yet immaculate. Perfect location with lovely walks to the castle, the village, several good pubs and also the countryside right on the doorstep. All enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Although parking is on the road we never found this difficult. Lovely view of the castle from the front bedroom. Enjoyed the electric log burner. Would love to return with a friend or family and have already recommended.

    Never stayed in such a clean, well equipped self catering property. One evening the host offered to move car so that we could park right outside the cottage (on street parking) although we were already happy with the space that we'd found. All communications with the host were promptly answered and the door code etc instructions were accurate. A happy stay and a very good base for the surrounding area.
