    The room had everything I needed and got an iron and ironing board as soon as requested. All as expected. Very nice hotel. I only had toast and poached egg for breakfast but the eggs were perfect so all good. Parking always a bonus - that was the reason for me selecting this hotel as it had onsite free parking. All staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful.. the young man on reception when I arrived even carried by case upstairs.. a nice touch. :-)

    Free parking was great and the proximity of Williamwood station. Staff were very friendly. Room was very quiet with tennis practice to watch!
