Everything you needed was provided, we did not want for anything. The extra touches of drinks, milk, biscuits were a lovely surprise and gratefully accepted. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and had the most amazing stove I have ever seen !! Washing machine a bonus. The whole apartment was clean and tidy. Bed was so so comfortable and the quilt was extra warm !! Supermarket within a 3 minute walk as was the bus stop for travel to the city centre and the trip took only 20 minutes. On-site parking was a bonus. Wifi excellent. Heating excellent. Hosts most welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel is family owned and has a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff were very flexible with options. It is clearly a local favourite and has a great bar with outdoor and indoor seating. There are many restaurant options within walking distance and Giffnock station is a 5 minutes walk away.

The friendliness off the staff making you feel welcome, our room was lovely and comfortable beds, tv, tea and coffee and biscuits in room, also a selection of crisps, nuts, chocolate at a price, wardrobe with safe, iron and board, toilet was spacious and soft towels, the bar was lovely and outdoor patio, dj playing gd music, breakfast was great as well, choice of cereals, fruit, tea and coffee, toast with butter and jam and a good selection of breakfast

Great place , we had a fantastic time and had no issues . We came for a rushed quick visit for my sister in hospital and staying here helped when its so comfortable and hassle free. Very helpful friendly owner and sorted out a problem we had straight away , easy to communicate with. Lovely staff , very happy and helpful. Kitchen is great and it has got everything you need with nice extra touches . I loved the window seat , nice view of the garden . I love you how you can fully open the window to sit and watch the world go by. Great local shops with one of the best take aways I have ever had ! And if you go right instead of left when you leave the property ,you reach the local park , which is huge and has wildlife and ponds, gorgeous area and safe. I found it to be very comfortable stay with everything I needed. Sorry late review , bereavement in the family, thank you for your kindness when we stayed .

The apartment is very clean, spacious with well- equipped household appliances. Washing machine, dryer, dish washer, big refrigerator etc. I would certainly book & recommend this apartment to my friends who are travelling to Glasgow. Absolutely amazing. Close to the OVO hydro and the city centre. For the location and Glasgow absolutely good price. The flat is lovely and spacious with great furniture and decorated with an eye for details. The owner went up and beyond to support us in any way possible.

    The room had everything I needed and got an iron and ironing board as soon as requested. All as expected. Very nice hotel. I only had toast and poached egg for breakfast but the eggs were perfect so all good. Parking always a bonus - that was the reason for me selecting this hotel as it had onsite free parking. All staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful.. the young man on reception when I arrived even carried by case upstairs.. a nice touch. :-)
