Lovely place, we felt like we were home. The owners were very kind and helpful, the place was cosy and clean and the location was perfect. Close to shops and 2 minutes walk from Harlow Mill station. The area is quiet and the bed was nice and comfortable so we were able to get a nice rest.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the value for money was well ahead of my expectations. But to be clear, this was a very welcome value for money deal that was nice and comfortable but minimal. That said, I would be very happy to stay there again and I am happy to recommend this hotel.

    Well located hotel not far from shopping centre. Unfortunately lots of building works in the area. Ate nearby early, i wouldn't like to have been out after 9pm, didn't feel 100% safe. Mix up with car parking ended up with a fine but this was cancelled once proof of car park payment at Hotel was advised. Remember to register on the pads!

    Really lovely staff, Gemma in particular went above and beyond to help us out. Hotel was clean and tidy. Free parking with plenty of spaces available. We did not eat at the hotel but the food menu looked reasonably priced and they offered room service.

    Everything - A hidden gem with great facilities. Lot's of Free off street and on street parking. Wi-Fi very good and room was ideal for me. The guest lounge and kitchen is well equipped. All in all ideal for a few days stay for leisure or longer for work. Secure self check & 24hr cctv - See photos of Guest Lounge, Kitchen & the Room I stayed in. Enjoyed my stay.
