The loveliest loft with the most beautiful view from the door. The loft has everything you need and more for a wonderful weeks stay. Exceptionally clean with the best shower we’ve ever used. The log burner was so lovely to sit by and feel cosy in the evenings. With high quality items used throughout, for example, the bedding and the towels. What a comfy bed it was too! We will definitely be back!

Amazing location and the cottage was just perfect. Cozy and warm and super clean! The owner was lovely, she joined us as we drove into the property and showed us around the cottage. In the morning we were greeted by a friendly peacock just outside the window. The best pick for Peak District! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We loved the location, the B&B room was large and comfortable with a fabulous big bed. breakfast was simple but delicious. During our stay we ate in the restaurant and the food was good quality home cooked food at decent prices. we needed a real away from at all break after a tough year and this place gave us just that. Highly recommend.

We have very much enjoyed our weekend at this cute, spacious cottage. Comfortable beds, great bathroom, convenient location, parking space in front. Friendly, efficient communication with the owner. Good value for money. I'd definitely come back for another outdoorsy weekend in the Peaks.

Nice spacious and cosy cottage. Combined seating, dining area and fullly equipped kitchen. Nice welcome pack (milk, wine, biscuits, bread, jams, tea, coffee, etc.). Second floor bedroom and bijou bathroom and toilet. Small garden and seating area in front of the cottage. Positioned in a farming environment with beautiful views over the dales. Green fields and meadows boarded with ancient dry stone walling. Waking distance to the local village 10 min. walk. Recommend the pub. Nice place to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas. We would happily return!

    The location is at the centre of a popular village for walking. Our room at the back was quiet and not affected by the road. This is a long-established hotel in a listed building and as such is characterful. It is very informal which was good for us. Nice, new easy-to-open sash windows. Plenty of off-street parking.
