    The room was in a purpose built block adjacent to the main building. This was good as it was quiet (away from the road). It was easy to find and there is ample parking. The room was quite small but well presented and helpfully organised. We liked the mini fridge with a bottle of fresh milk and filtered water. The breakfast was good - a lot of cooked options. Staff were very pleasant. This was a good base for an overnight stay in order to visit Sandringham, Heacham beach and Brancaster.

    Ideal for a stopover on our way back.to Yorkshire from Suffolk. Small but comfortable room. Fridge was a bonus. Nice seating area outside to enjoy the good weather. Fabulous modern bathroom, best shower we've seen for a long time. Handy to have parking right outside room Everything we needed was on site.
