Pretty much everything. The staff, food, drink and the general all round love of dogs! My wife and I travelled with our dog io. We all had a great time (particularly io!) though the biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. To a person they were exceptional. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great time and see you all soon

We would have loved to have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the comfort of Poppy’s lovely caravan. We really appreciated the welcoming pint of milk and yummy cookies that she provided for us. The location of the caravan is great and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere around us. It was ideal for us as close to family living nearby.

I’ve chosen this place to sleep 2 nights to visit New Forest and it was a real pleasure to sleep here! The hub was so nice and everything super clean. It’s only 5 minutes from Ringwood and 20 minutes from New Forest. It is exactly as described. The host was really nice and I higly recommend to stay in this beautiful place. Also the milk offered was really good!

    Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. A huge car park and comfortable seating outside and in - quiet at night and convenient for family wedding in Cranborne. Generous well cooked breakfast with friendly hot drink refills on request.

    The team were amazing. Really welcoming and friendly. Very down to earth - we love how someone asked for a flat white, and the response was 'that's a coffee with milk here...'!. - this is first and foremost a traditional pub with rooms, not a hotel with a pub!
