The owner was amazing, our flight was delayed, and he waited for us until midnight, we should have arrived at 10.30. Room lovely and clean, plenty of power points if required. Clean towels provided. We literally just wanted to sleep after a long flight. WiFi provided. All kitchen facilities provided, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery, appears to be an HMO with some guests staying longer. Two shared toilets with a bathroom. Couldn't fault. In the morning, we drove past a variety of shops locally if you need anything. Limited parking if the property is full, but we did get right outside.

    This was a cheap overnight stay for an early Gatwick flight. In that sense, and looking at the 'competion' £44 was good value. Location, parking etc great for Purple Parking and a local shopping centre for an evening takeaway. All was fine and the host was freindly & helpful

    This is a very low priced room and that should be factored in when reviewing this room. It was very basic but clean containing everything I needed for a brief overnight stay. It very well coated for Gatwick and parking is easily available on the surrounding residential streets.
