The room was spotless, great wet room with walk in shower, Breakfast was just perfect, best full English we have had in many years. Liz and Graeme were brilliant hosts, nothing too much trouble, very friendly. Lovely Italian Restaurant a few mins walk away. Car parking on site is no problem at all.
