Very nice B&B well located near the city center of Inverness. Parking was available. Peter the host takes extra care of all guests, he is very nice and vives some advices on the places to visit. Fantastic cooked breakfast prepared by Peter. The room was comfortable and well decorated. As it was our honeymoon, i asked Peter to surprise my husband with a note in the room. He décided to write it on a very nice card and offered us wine and chocolate eggs for Easter. That was really nice of him and we trully appreciated his scottish hospitality. Thanks again Peter !

Karen and Steve are a prime example of hospitality and just as great as the apartment itself. Starting at the entrance door, where a wooden highland cow awaits you, holding a scottish flag and a flag representing the guests (in our case austrian), you could already feel that the hosts are making an effort of welcoming you. The interior is a loving mix of rustic cottage charm, exotic decor from around the world and adorable pictures (like e.g. Winnie the Pooh drawings). Everything is kept flawlessly clean and a sideboard offers loads of teas, coffee, cookies, porridge and sweets and magically refills itself every day, depending on whatever you took. Steve showed us around when we arrived, being very welcoming and funny and we felt like home right away. He even introduced us to their house donkeys Raymond&Pumpkin and their goat Billy which was a highlight of our whole Scotland trip. Karen unfortunately broke her ankle and was only able to greet and talk to us through the window next door, but her pure joy at having guests was nonetheless noticeable and heartwarming. Both of them were incredibly helpful and magically there when we needed it, while still giving us all the space we wanted to have enough privacy. Spending a few days in this oasis felt like a warm hug. We absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back here the next time we are in Scotland again.

Cozy cabin with good heating as the weather was cold. The bathroom had a heated towel rail and the floor was covered with fluffy rugs. Continental breakfast was in the fridge for us to warm up at our convenience. Bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip so far. Best of all, we were greated by a friendly cat. :)

    The property was very nice and comfortable. It is easy walking distance to the city centre. We went for dinner only a few minutes down the road to a lovely bar/restaurant. The area was very quiet and there was free on street parking nearby which was very useful. The property is a lot bigger than it looks from outside and easily accommodated our five family members. The beds were very comfortable and the overall property was very clean. The wifi seemed to work very well and the television had plenty of options for us.

    Very nice, cozy and well furnished house to stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer. The location is good. Just a few minute walk to Eastgate Shopping Center. Three bedrooms with 3 shower rooms. View of Inverness city from the yard. The host is very thoughtful to provide us with parking disc so that we can park free along the street parking lot.

    Very nice lobby area; traditional Scottish interior, lovely art gallery around the walls, very nice to chill in. Good location, right at train station and a few minutes from high street & restaurants. 24 hour multi-storey car parking lot around the corner. Small ish room but comfy & clean. Lovely hot shower with nice modern bathroom fittings.
