A wonderful traditional cottage in a very convenient setting for exploring the local area. The facilities in the house are modern throughout, but with the addition of proper antique furniture and high-quality soft furnishings to give a lovely, homely and personal feel to the place. The garden is delightful and we sat out in it every evening to eat. The quiet location tucked away in a village away from the crowds on the coast and the A12 traffic noise was an added bonus. We stayed for 6 days and felt very much at home. We would certainly return. Many thanks!

The property is well located, the facilities are modern, the room we stayed in was well-decorated, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was 5 stars. And Ana is so welcoming, she looked after us, gave us some good tips about the region. We hope to be back soon for a longer stay!

The location is perfect for visiting the local beaches and villages. Southwold and Aldeburgh were very quaint. Our evening meal was superb, it’s a must if you stay here. The breakfast service was fast, efficient and served with a smile..all in all very nice with a great choice on the menu. Watching the wild life from our garden view was wonderful..all in all a great stay. Totally recommend it.

    Property is excellent with all facilities you need for a long weekend or longer. Appreciated the very sunny courtyard to eat outside. Even has washing line in the sun! Parking immediately outside the front door. Well located to visit all areas of Suffolk on your doorstep. And a superb pub for evening dinner 20 mins walk away. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.
