We stayed for dinner at the coach house restaurant on the premises and where we could have drinks in the upstairs lounge which was comfortable. Dinner was tasty, served with a smile, with added bonus of being burger night with live music - not too loud, rather lovely background vibes. Included breakfast was generous, tasty, well served and included drinks - fab value.

Lovely B&B in a quaint village in the Exmoor National Park. The host, Jaye, was very welcoming and friendly and has the cutest dog. The room was perfect: clean, spacious and comfortable, with a nice shower and an amazing view. Jaye has an eye for the detail, all from the room decor to the breakfast that offered a lot of variety. It is perfectly organised: before arriving, we received directions to the B&B and it is self check in with a lock box. Also, the area is just lovely, we did a nice walk/ hike and loved it. We will definitely come back.

Janet and Neil were great, they could not have been more helpful and accommodating to a tired walker on the SWCP. The room was lovely and comfortable with a great shower which after 7 hours walking was very much appreciated. The breakfast was marvelous and just what was needed.

Craig and Aiden are doing an exceptional job at breathing new life into this hotel - don't hesitate to visit! Lovely, spacious room and bathroom, exceptional dinner and breakfast (my husband rated the poached eggs as the best he's had during 4 weeks of UK travel!).

    Large room, big sash windows to open, fabulous view, parking outside front door. Grounds well kept and choice of places to sit outside. On our wedding anniversary requested a special meal from the chef, who produced a superb plate.

    Wonderful location, beautiful building and grounds. Rooms were spacious, clean and provided all facilities you would expect at a quality hotel. Ample parking. Food in the Coach house restaurant was very good. Good choice for breakfast.

    Very nice, tranquil, country side location with great views (we stayed in a Kentisbury Suite, on the first floor of the main building). Ample parking and excellent landscaping which make the grounds feel a lot more private. Cars / other lodges tend to be hidden from the great views all round. The on site restaurant is excellent and both of us loved the dishes on offer. We had breakfast every day (overnight oats and the poached eggs were the highlight) and dinner two times.
