What a gem The Wellington is. We stayed in room 2 and it exceeded expectations. In fact, it's probably one of the loveliest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Bed was very comfortable, shower lovely and a large, deep bath. Lots of attention to detail. I hope to return again soon. Unfortunately an early flight meant we left before breakfast, but for the price you cannot beat this gem. Very welcoming and attentive staff too. Just superb 👌

The entire experience was absolutely exceptional. The staff can’t help you enough, the food is honestly out of this world. Superb! Great place to stay. Spacious enough, very clean, decorated beautifully, TV and fast internet. Had just about everything that you’d need for a short stay. It felt very private too. The shower was lovely & the bed was super comfy. The host was very caring and facilitating. Parking was available for free on the driveway too which was a bonus.

Lovely annex at the end of the garden, very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds .the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide lightweight bedding as the temperature was in the 30's, set up the sofa bed for us and provided a fan. We had a small DIY breakfast provided, with achoice of toast, cereal or croissants, tea and coffee in the cupboards along with a selection of jams. What a great little venue.

The location of this property is stunning. Really nice and quiet with lots of space for children to play in and lovely woodland for walks. Everything is provided, starting with the kitchen and finishing with the personal hygiene such as shampoos, one time toothbrush and many more. There was lots of entertainment facilities for both children and adults to enjoy. The host was really responsive and helpful. We all had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend staying here as you won't be disappointed.

Great stay ! The house is amazing and our host was so nice. Totally furnished with all accommodation needed. We had to stay a bit later because of our flight delay and he agreed to let us stay with no concern. We will for sure recommend the place but also come around for our future stays in Luton.
