The host, Gary, was extremely friendly and very responsive. Space was really clean and roomy for myself and my two boys. Location is great for a quick train ride into London, not too congested and not too far from amenities. Entertainment (tv and internet) were east to use and access. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We rented the theme apartment and it was outstanding. This really completed the experience with our visit to Harry Potter studio tour, practically living in a room having all the details at place. We met the most wonderful host who really knew the area and had done his research about everything we needed (and did not know we needed) to know. We felt really appreciated and welcomed. We will come back for sure.

The apartment was fabulous had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay with our children, beds were comfy with a fabulous Harry Potter touch all around the apartment we visited Harry Potter studios which was only a 10 minute drive, large garden was a bonus especially for my 3 yr old too pop out safely for some fresh air, the shopping centre was just a 5 minute drive, the cleanliness was 10/10 my kids didn’t want to leave

    Free parking was great, the grounds were beautiful, we got a free upgrade to our room which was fantastic, we also had a late check out which was free till 12pm and only £10 till 1pm.

    Stayed after visiting Harry Potter studios, after a busy day it was perfect to sit and have a drink outside the pub over looking the village green and then a walk through the woodland opposite. Family room was large and comfortable, sofa bed was a very good size. Easy, free parking. Dinner was excellent, and served by friendly efficient staff. Such a perfect location, we couldn't believe our luck to have found it.

    Car parking on site, friendliness of staff. Ate in the restaurant on our first night excellent food and excellent value for money. Also had breakfast here. Food was good quality and piping hot. Our server was fabulous, very friendly, and cheerful. It's our third stay here. Conveniently located for trains to London

    Large well equipped room. Large TV comfy bed clean en-suite Although I booked in very late reception in the bar was good. Just had time for a drink before bar closed to public Roadside parking was no problem although there was a private car park Did not eat dinner there but the breakfast was very good with lots of it Would happily stay there again
