    Everything about this hotel was superb. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic value for money, great car parking next to hotel, extremely comfortable and a great location to explore Lacock village and abbey.

    Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom was nice and big too. Booked dinner online as an extra in advance and this was nice and easy. The meals themselves were good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was great - in the heart of Lacock, close to the abbey with free parking.
